What a beautiful Sunday. Today we woke up a little early to go to Hot Water Beach while the tide was low. Seriously one of the coolest beaches I have ever been to. Everyone gathers there at low tide in only one area to dig little hot spring pools with spades and then they sit in the little pools which are warmed by super hot volcanic matter under the sand. May 19th, 2011 Two words: Tiritiri Matangi This has seriously been one of the best days for me so far.
